Jasminka Pecotić Kaufman (LLM, Ph.D.)

Jasminka Pecotić Kaufman (LLM, Ph.D.) is Associate Professor at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Law. She teaches courses on Competition Law, Competition Law in the Sector of Electronic Communications, and Competition Law and Intellectual Property Rights. She has written extensively on a variety of competition law topics and is the co-author of the first textbook on competition law in Croatia. She acts as Vice President of the Croatian Association of Competition Law and Policy. She was a member of the Negotiating Team for the Accession Negotiations of Croatia to the EU (2005-2011). She has participated in a series of international projects aimed at educating judges in EU competition law and is a national expert for Croatia in various European Commission-funded projects. She is a member of ASCOLA, a member of the ICC-Croatia/Competition Commission, and a non-governmental advisor to the International Competition Network (ICN).
