On Friday, 21 June 2024, the Croatian Transport Law Association held a round table on the crucial topic of cyber security in the transport sector. The meeting addressed the key issues prescribed by the NIS2 Directive, the Part-IS Regulation and the Cyber Security Act.
They discussed the key and important entities of the transport sector, the impact of new regulations on other entities, and the role of norms such as ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 in compliance with the stated requirements.
